COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your account details: When you buy from us, you will need to provide personal information like name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, which is used to process payments and deliver magazines to you or your recipients. Information from third-party partners: We may receive information about you from third parties when you gave them permission to do this. We also use a variety of services hosted by third parties that help us understand and improve the use of our Services. These services may collect (aggregated and anonymised) information and statistics about visitors and users. DLT does not accept any responsibility or liability with regard to how these third parties deal with your personal data. Shipping addresses and telephone numbers (for tracked orders only) are shared securely with our couriers, so that they can dispatch magazines. They will not use this information for any purpose other than packing and dispatching magazines Law and harm: We may disclose your personal information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request. Corporate objectives: We may disclose your personal information to protect our rights and property or in a corporate restructuring or acquisition context. NOTIFICATION AND CORRECTION

RIGHT TO OBJECT
Delete your account: In order to stop us from collecting and using your personal data you can delete your account. Please contact our Customer Support team to cancel and delete your account. Once your account has been deleted all your personal data will be deleted as well. We will respond to any appropriate request to delete your personal information within the time period specified by law (if applicable) or without excessive delay. Once your identity has been verified by us we will promptly fulfill requests to delete personal data; unless the request is technically not feasible or such data is required to be retained by law (in which case we will block access to such data).
RETENTION PERIOD
We generally retain your data for as long as you have an account with us, or you buy our magazines, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Data that has been deleted from our servers may remain temporarily as residual copies on offsite backup media.
LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM EEA RESIDENTS
If you reside within the European Economic Area (EEA), our processing of your personal information will be legitimised as follows:

(b).. If this data is not processed, DLT will not be able to execute the contract with you.
(iii) Where the processing is necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation, we will process your information on basis of GDPR Article 6(1) lit. (c), for example complying in the fields of tax law.
(iv) And where the processing is necessary for the purposes of DLT’s legitimate interests, such processing will be made in accordance with GDPR Article 6(1) lit. (f), for example to detect fraud.
